Yaghoubi was born in Tehran in 1979. She graduated in 2002 with a BA in Photography from Azad University of Tehran. In 2007 she took part in the group exhibition, 30 years of solitude at the New Hall, Cambridge University, London. She also exhibited here at the Silk Road Gallery.
