Naghshibandi was born in 1957 and in 1980 graduated with a degree in photography from the College of TV and Cinema. He has participated in various national and international exhibitions as well as three single shows.
His work is published in various books and magazines such as 'Kashaneh' a book on Iranian customs. He has also exhibited at the Museum of Contemporary Arts as well as here, at the Silk Road gallery.
