Photo-London which took place in May 2005 at the Royal Academy of Arts is a photography fair with the best representation of Classic Modern and 19th Century work ever to be offered in the UK, yet more than half of the exhibitors are showing new Contemporary work, mostly by artists never seen before in London.
In its second year, Photo-London draws 45 exhibitors from New Mexico to New Zealand, Iran and Korea, as well as a great diversity of European based galleries.
Silk Road Gallery was invited to participate in this fair and has presented the photographs of Shadafarine Ghadirian, Bahman Jalali, Malakeh Nayini, Mehran Mohajer, Rana Javadi, Mehraneh Atashi, Farshid Mesghali.
